Some of the activities shared. In the mornings English Mass at St. James Church, follow the path up Apparition Hill where the visionaries first encountered Our Lady. Evenings 5pm or 6pm, join the villagers and pilgrims to pray the rosary. Blessing of the Sick and items you have. Arrange meetings with the visionaries at their own homes subject to their availability during the trip.* The part of the Medjugorje trip to is meant for personal retreat. Time in Medjugorje is not a tour design but time for pray, reflect, and explore on your own

Rome: Tour of “Christian Rome” including the Basilica of St. Mary Major, St. John the Lateran, former residence of Popes; St. Paul Outside the Walls, which houses the remains of St. Paul under its main altar; the Domino Quo Vadis Chapel; Arch of Drusus; Tomb of Celilia Metella, the catacombs of St. Callixtus, where the early Christians hid to escape persecution, visit to the Trevi Fountain.  Overnight Rome.

Rome: Visit to the Spiritual Capital for Catholics, The Vatican City; attend the weekly Papal Audience (pending papal schedule).  Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica, the largest church in Christendom, Overnight Rome.

San Giovanni Rotondo: Depart Rome heading to Padre Pios’ town of San Giovanni Rotondo, visit the tomb of Padre Pio, tour the sanctuary, and see the crucifix from which he received the stigmata, the confessional place where Padre Pio spent with the pilgrims, Overnight San Giovanni.

San Giovanni Rotondo – Monte Sant’Angel (St. Michael’s Cave)
Visit the Grotto of Michael the Archangel, the shrine was consecrated by St. Michael. Return to San Giovanni for devotions, reflection. Overnight.

Lanciano- Loreto: Drive to Lanciano; see the Eucharistic Miracle, the great Marian shrine of Loreto and the Holy House of Nazareth. Drive to Cascia and overnight.

Cascia – Assisi: Visit the site of St Rita, the Sanctuary with the Rose garden continue to Assisi visit to the birthplace and tomb of St. Francis. the 13th-century Basilica,  kneel before the crucifix from which Jesus spoke to St. Francis, onward to the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels where St. Francis spent most of his life. Visit to the Chapel, Portiuncola, the rose bush, and the cave where the saint retired for prayer, Church of St. Clare to see the saint’s incorrupt body.  Visit these two saints’ tombs. Overnight Assisi.

Assisi- Padua: Visit the Basilica of St. Anthony, patron saint of lost items, visit the Tomb of St. Anthony‘s and his relics. Excursion to Venice, visit St. Mark’s Square, The Golden Basilica of San Marco, the Bridge of Sighs. Free time to shop. Optional gondola ride, Return to Padua and overnight.

Florence: Drive to Florence, the paradise for art lovers, i.e.  Dante, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael and others.
The Florence’ s tour includes the Franciscan church of The Holy Cross or Santa Croce, the Santa Maria del Fiore 13th century cathedral. Return to our hotel in Florence for dinner and overnight.
